This is the final project of the subject. This activity consists on developing a real school Guidance Plan, the document in which the school defines the Guidance Program it offers.
We have to take in account all the knowledge we have acquired in the subject.
We decided to go to a Grouped Rural School (CRA) in Lozoyuela (Comunidad de Madrid) in order to see from a real resource how a center organizes its Guidance program.

We had the possibility to talk to the Guidance Team and the specialists in Hearing and Speech (AL) and the Psychopedagogic Therapeut (PT). We also talk to the head of studies and to one of the tutors.
These conversations were very useful for us to understand how they coordinate their respective jobs.

Once we have designed our Guidance Plan, we presented it to our classmates, trying to provide real examples of Lozoyuela's CRA. We explained the Marlon's case, which is a boy with a diagnose of autism, a disorder of neural development characterized by impaired social interaction and verval and non-verbal communication, and by restricted or stereotyped behavior.
We show to our classmates how the classroom and the curriculum have been adapted to his necessities.

In these pictures we can see the pictograms, which are the visual support created specifically for Marlon to adapt both the methodology and the curriculum to his special needs.

As a conclusion, with this presentation, we realized that we should have taken more advantage from our visit to Lozoyuela's CRA. We thought that it was necesary to explain all the Plan in depth, but another groups just made some little explanation and they obtained better results than us. This was the teacher opinion and it discourages us a little bit, because we had worked very hard in this project.
Anyway, the important thing is that we have learnt a lot about how to design a Guidance Plan and, even more important, we have interiorized how this plan is implemented in a real school.
